Refund Policy.
This Refund Policy applies to paid GNCreators plans: Creator Pro and Brand Pro. We aim to be fair, clear, and direct about what is refundable and what is not.
1. Plans and Payments
Creator Pro costs ₹499 per year, inclusive of GST.
Brand Pro costs ₹499 per month plus applicable GST at 18%. The total payable at this rate is ₹588.82 per month.
Each payment is a one-time purchase for the stated plan period. GNCreators plans do not automatically renew.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within seven calendar days of a successful paid-plan purchase.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing.
Duplicate charges, incorrect charges and verified payment errors will be investigated and corrected. Refund requests made after the seven-day period are not eligible under this policy, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
3. Access After Purchase
Your paid access remains available for the purchased plan period unless your account is suspended or terminated under our Terms.
When the purchased period expires, your paid access ends unless you make another purchase. There is no automatic renewal and no recurring payment to cancel.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email info@gncreators.com with the subject line “Refund Request”.
Include your registered email address, payment reference number and a short description of the issue.
We will acknowledge your request within two business days and review it within five business days.
Approved refunds will be initiated within five to seven business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the amount.
5. Brand Campaign Fees
Payments for brand–creator campaigns are governed by the applicable campaign terms and the payment conditions disclosed for that campaign.
