Refund Policy.
This Refund Policy applies to GNCreators Pro plan subscriptions. We aim to be fair, clear, and direct about what is refundable and what is not.
What’s Covered
- Monthly Pro plan subscription — ₹599/month incl. GST
- Annual Pro plan subscription — rate published on the Pricing page
Monthly Plan — Refund Eligibility
Monthly subscriptions are eligible for a full refund if:
(aa) You request within 7 days of your first-ever Pro plan payment, and
(bb) You have not used platform features significantly during that period.
After 7 days, the current billing month is non-refundable. You can cancel at any time — your Pro access continues until the period ends, then reverts to the free plan. Your data is never deleted on cancellation.
Annual Plan — Refund Eligibility
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a refund if:
(cc) You request within 7 days of the annual billing date, or
(dd) A billing error occurred on our side.
After 7 days from the annual billing date, the subscription is non-refundable for the current year. Unused months are not prorated after the eligibility window.
Non-Refundable
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Free plan usage (no charge incurred)
- Charges more than 7 days prior to refund request (unless billing error)
- Subscriptions with significant platform use during the billing period
- Brand collaboration fees governed by separate campaign terms
How to Cancel
Cancel from your dashboard: app.gncreators.com → Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription.
Alternatively email info@gncreators.com with subject ‘Cancel My Subscription’ and your registered email address. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Pro access continues until then. Data is never deleted on cancellation — your account returns to the Free plan.
How to Request a Refund
Email info@gncreators.com with subject: ‘Refund Request — [your registered email]’
Include: your registered email, reason for the refund, and your payment reference number from the receipt email or Razorpay. We acknowledge within 2 business days.
Processing Timeline
Refund review: within 5 business days of receiving the request.
Approved refunds processed: within 5–7 business days of approval.
Credit to original payment method (card, UPI, wallet): allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the credit.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your approved refund has not appeared after 10 business days: check your bank account and original payment source; contact your bank (processing delays are common); if the issue persists, email info@gncreators.com with your refund reference and we will investigate directly with Razorpay.
